We are looking for an experienced IT Store Manager to handle day-to-day operations of our IT hardware rental. The role involves customer service, inventory, and team performance while ensuring smooth store functioning and achieving business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage overall store operations including sales, billing, and inventory.
Good hands-on experience in logistics handling.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalations.
Lead and train the store team to achieve targets.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure stock availability.
Keep a healthy stock in stores.
Prepare sales reports and share business insights with management.
Must-Have Skills
Graduate in Business/IT or related field.
4–6 years of experience in stores management (IT/electronics preferred).
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and accessories.
Good leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
