Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Architect to support the design and execution of architectural projects. The role involves preparing drawings, assisting in project coordination, and collaborating with senior architects and engineers to deliver quality designs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models.
- Support in preparing project proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
- Research materials, products, and sustainable design solutions.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and regulations.
Must-Have Skills
- Knowledge of sustainable/green building practices.
- Creativity with problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers may apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong visualization and detailing skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Expected Outcomes
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
