The rental process
The rental process starts with you contacting us to reserve a computer. Our staff will then send you an e-mail with more information about the computer, including its specifications and any restrictions that apply. We also provide instructions for returning your rental equipment at the end of your rental period.
Once we have received payment from you, we will ship the item directly to your location within 24 hours of receiving payment. You may return rented equipment within 30 days after purchase date by sending it back prepaid by registered mail or courier service as listed on our website under “Shipping Information”. You must prepay shipping costs; otherwise they will be billed separately when you return these items after completing their use period
