Rental Services

A. Quotation & Pricing

  • All pricing shared is subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices may vary based on quantity, duration, configuration, and location.

  • A formal confirmation is required before order processing.

B. Order Confirmation

Rental orders are confirmed only after:

  • Agreement approval

  • Identity/business verification (if required)

  • Advance payment (if applicable)

Rental Period

  • The rental duration will be clearly mentioned in the agreement.

  • Extensions are subject to availability and revised pricing.

  • Early termination may be subject to applicable charges.

Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location.

  • Devices will be delivered in working condition.

  • The client must verify equipment upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external logistics factors beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Use devices only for lawful business purposes

  • Maintain devices in good condition

  • Not tamper with hardware or installed software

  • Prevent unauthorized access or misuse

The client is responsible for any physical damage caused by negligence or misuse.

Loss, Damage & Liability

  • The client is responsible for loss, theft, or severe physical damage during the rental period.

  • Charges may apply for repairs or replacement.

  • Normal wear and tear is excluded.

Sumotech’s liability is limited to the rental amount paid.
We are not liable for indirect business losses or data loss.

Data & Software

  • Clients are responsible for backing up their data.

  • Sumotech is not liable for data loss during rental, maintenance, or device return.

  • Devices may be formatted upon return for data security.

Clients must ensure all licensed software used during the rental period is legally authorized.

Payments

  • Payment terms will be defined in the quotation or agreement.

  • Late payments may attract additional charges.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or recovery actions.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation terms will be specified in the rental agreement.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per agreed conditions.

Intellectual Property

All website content including text, graphics, branding, and logos belongs to Sumotech and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

Limitation of Liability
