Yes! You can rent any products on a daily, weekly, fortnight, monthly, or yearly basis. We specialize in renting for both short-term and long-term needs. You can rent for a minimum of one day, extending up to a year. (Only for Business Use)
When you engage in equipment rental with us, you're entering into a contractual agreement wherein you exchange payment for our services. We encourage you to inquire with our sales staff for any clarifications regarding terms and Conditions before proceeding with your order.
The monthly rental charges for IT products include GST at 18%, which will be calculated on the base rental charges. GST will also be charged separately on the transportation.
The typical confirmation method for orders is through email, Call, by filling out a form on the website or by walk-in to any of our Office Locations in Bangalore, Chennai, and Shortly opening in Hyderabad.

No repairs, upgrades, or modifications may occur without obtaining written permission from Sumo Technologies.
Where equipment has been stolen and/or damaged beyond repair, the full replacement value of the goods will be charged to the customer.
Rental charges cease upon your notification, and payment for the equipment becomes due. Failure to remit payment will result in ongoing rental fees until full settlement is achieved. No discounts will be provided based on rental history or equipment age.
Yes, you can extend the rental equipment. You just have to contact us about 2–3 days prior to the day of collection and inform us of the new collection date. We will schedule a pickup for the updated date. For additional clarification, please consult with our sales team at the time of cancellation.
Our rental service offers flexibility if you need to return equipment before the end of the agreed rental term. This policy applies only to existing inventory. If new investments were made exclusively for you, the full remaining rental period will be charged.

Our primary focus is to provide services to B2B Clients/companies only. However, you can rent a laptop for personal use by paying a rental fee and a fully refundable deposit equal to the cost of the laptop.

Do you offer insurance?
We have insured for all our assets, which gives coverage within our premises. In the 3rd Party location, the insurance becomes void. Therefore, as per our norms, the insurance should be borne by the customer.
Do you do setup and installation?
We have industry experts who are well versed in various programs, configuration and installations. We pre-load the settings as per your needs.
Are the machines tested before being sent out?
Yes, all our machines are tested, cleaned & virus free.
We are ISO certified. We have multiple layers of Q.C before dispatch.
